Who We Are?
As an organization, we understand the dynamics of township and rural leaving, as well as the challenges faced by communities in these areas including limited access to empowerment initiatives. Our aim is to improve standard of leaving through knowledge empowerment and capacity building, enabling previously disadvantaged communities to be self-sustainable and realize their full potential.

The team is also highly qualified in different sectors which creates a holistic set of skills to respond to different needs and dynamics of communities. The team also holds affiliation with the International Labour Organisation on the WEDGE Programme (Women Entrepreneurial Development and Gender Equality).
