As an organization, we understand the dynamics of township and rural leaving, as well as the challenges faced by communities in these areas including limited access to empowerment initiatives. Our aim is to improve standard of leaving through knowledge empowerment and capacity building, enabling previously disadvantaged communities to be self-sustainable and realize their full potential.

Our Capabilities

Our dedicated team is passionate about community development and growth. Collectively the team has +20 years of experience of working professionally with rural and township communities and within the local economic development space.

The team is also highly qualified in different sectors which creates a holistic set of skills to respond to different needs and dynamics of communities. The team also holds affiliation with the International Labour Organisation on the WEDGE Programme (Women Entrepreneurial Development and Gender Equality).
